The Mekha 2.0 (click here for this version) does not contain any manual exfoliating beads, but instead possesses a higher concentration of enzymes. It is specifically designed for those who are experiencing active breakouts or have sensitivity towards physical exfoliation.
Mekha Exfoliating Cleanser serves as a second cleanse, exfoliator, and mask. The formula effectively eliminates flakiness on the surface and exfoliates the inner lining of your pores with queen bee’s royal jelly, fruit enzymes, and natural salicylic acid to reveal your clear and radiant complexion.

- Mekha is the perfect second cleanse in your routine. While it can remove light makeup, it works best on pre-cleansed skin. Apply a dime-sized amount to damp skin and gently massage in circular motions for a deep yet soothing cleanse
For a normal to dry skin or oily and no sensitivities:
- Apply the cleanser to wet, freshly cleansed skin, massaging in circular motions to awaken its exfoliating magic. For a deeper polish, wet your fingertips or mist with The Reservoir to intensify contact with the exfoliating beads. For ultimate renewal, let it sit as a mask or enjoy its benefits in a steamy shower.
For a sensitive skin or active breakouts:
- Apply Mekha to dry, freshly cleansed skin without massaging. If comfortable, activate the enzymes and reveal the exfoliating beads by misting The Reservoir and gently massaging. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then wipe away with a warm, damp towel

Do I use Mekha on wet or dry skin?
You can use Mekha both ways—it's beautifully versatile. The exfoliating beads and enzymes are wrapped in a soft, cushiony balm, so your skin won’t come into full contact with the physical exfoliants unless the formula is activated with liquid.
If your skin is sensitive, apply Mekha to dry skin and let it sit for a few minutes as a gentle enzyme mask.
If your skin is dry, oily, or dull, using Mekha on damp skin will emulsify the balm, activating the enzymes and unwrapping the exfoliating beads to work more deeply.
For dry or sensitive skin, we recommend using a hydrosol or toner—The Reservoir pairs beautifully. For oilier skin, simple water works perfectly to awaken the formula.

Can I Use Mekha Everyday?
Mekha is a powerful exfoliating ritual and is best used up to 3 times a week. Over-exfoliating can disrupt your skin’s natural balance, leaving it feeling irritated or reactive.
If you're new to exfoliation or haven’t used it consistently in your routine, begin by using Mekha 3 times a week for a couple of weeks. This helps your skin gradually adjust to the renewal process. After that, ease into a maintenance rhythm of 2 times per week.
For seasoned exfoliators, 1–2 times weekly is typically enough to keep your skin smooth, fresh, and radiant—without overdoing it. Always listen to your skin. The goal is harmony and balance
Can Mekha Be Used to Remove Makeup?
Mekha can assist in removing light makeup—such as mineral powder or powder sunscreen—on days when your skin needs a gentle refresh. However, it's best used as a second cleanse, helping to sweep away any remaining residue that your first cleanse may have missed.
We do not recommend using Mekha around the delicate eye area, as this skin is more sensitive and requires extra care.
Can I Use Mekha If I Have Active Breakouts?
Yes, you can—especially Mekha 2.0. This version is thoughtfully crafted without physical exfoliating beads, making it gentle enough for breakout-prone skin. Instead, it relies on potent yet soothing enzymes like AHA and salicylic acid to help dissolve buildup and reduce congestion—without further irritating inflamed areas.

Where Does Mekha Fit in My Ritual?
Mekha is both a second cleanser and an exfoliator, making it the second step in your ritual—right after your first cleanse with Morning Delight. It’s designed to gently polish the skin and lift away any remaining buildup that your initial cleanse may have missed.
One of my favorite ways to elevate the experience is to:
- Cleanse with Morning Delight at the sink, then rinse.
- Skip the towel—apply Mekha directly onto damp skin.
- Massage gently, then step into a steamed shower.
- Let Mekha sit on your skin as a mask while the steam enhances the power of its natural enzymes.
- Rinse off Mekha during your final rinse to complete the ritual.
This method allows the warmth and moisture to soften impurities and reactivate the enzymes, giving you the most from every application.
