Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each Siam Seas creation is handcrafted in small batches using the freshest, most exquisite ingredients. Because of the nature of our process and our commitment to quality, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at customercare@siamseas.com — we’ll absolutely make it right.

As part of our care for your skin journey, we include two deluxe-sized samples with every order. They typically last 3–4 days and are a beautiful way to explore new formulas and see how your skin responds.

As a small-batch skincare brand, we do not use third-party warehouses. This allows us to personally oversee storage and inventory — ensuring your products are delivered with the freshness, potency, and care they were made with.

I’ve never tried SiamSeas before — how can I test the products before buying?

While we don’t currently offer trial sizes for sale, many of our trusted stockists carry samples in-store — a wonderful way to experience the scent and texture firsthand. You can find a list of these stockists on our website.

If there isn’t a stockist near you, every order placed on our site comes with two deluxe-sized samples (enough for about 3–4 days of use). This gives you a lovely opportunity to see how your skin responds before committing to a full-size product.

Plus, with free domestic shipping, it’s easy to reorder your favorites or try new items as your skin’s needs evolve.

How long do your products last? How many uses can I expect?

The longevity of our products depends on your unique rhythm—how often you use them and how much you apply with each ritual.

Our formulations are highly concentrated, lovingly crafted to honor your skin with just a small amount.

  • We recommend 1 to 1.5 pumps per application for your face, neck, and chest. This small amount, used mindfully, is more than enough to nourish and restore. A generous misting of our Reservoir before application enhances hydration and ensures a seamless glide, allowing your skin to fully absorb the healing botanicals.
  • With consistent morning and evening use, most of our offerings will grace your routine for about six weeks. Remember—when it comes to holistic skincare, consistency is key. A little, used with intention, goes a long way.

Do you use preservatives?

Yes, we do—mindfully and with your skin’s safety in heart.

For formulations that contain water-soluble actives, we use gentle, well-studied preservatives to ensure each product remains pure, stable, and safe throughout its life. These ingredients are essential in protecting the delicate balance of your skincare, preventing the growth of harmful microbes, and supporting a clean, healing
experience for your skin.

For our oil-based creations, preservatives are not necessary. Instead, we infuse these formulas with potent antioxidants to guard against oxidation, preserving the integrity
and vitality of each botanical oil.

At Siam SEAS, every ingredient—whether functional or therapeutic—is chosen with
deep intention and respect for your skin’s well-being.

Do you have products that are nut-free?

Yes, all of our formulations are thoughtfully

Wildcrafted ingredients are gathered from their natural home in the wild—never farmed, never forced. These botanicals grow in abundance, and we harvest only what is needed, ensuring we do not disturb nature’s rhythm or deplete what belongs to future seasons.

Are your products vegan? Are your products tested on animals?

Most of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
However, a few exceptions — including Mekha OG, Mekha 2.0, The Reservoir, The Skin Revolution, and Mai Mask — contain natural bee-derived ingredients like propolis,
honey, and royal jelly. We never test our formulas on animals and remain committed to ethical practices.

Which Siam SEAS products are considered non-comedogenic?

All of our products are thoughtfully formulated to be non-comedogenic.

Siam SEAS was born from my own personal journey—one marked by acne and a deep desire to heal my skin through nature and tradition. Every formula in our collection has been created with acne-prone and sensitive skin in mind.

Even our richer products—like SEAS Element Beauty Balm—are designed with intention. Though dense in nutrients, they’re carefully balanced with fast-absorbing, linoleic-rich oils that help regulate sebum production and minimize congestion, rather than contribute to it.

Do you ever change product formulations?

Yes, occasionally we do. At Siam SEAS, every formula is created with intention and care—and we’re always learning, evolving, and deepening our understanding of skin, plants, and synergy. If our research shows that a formula can be enhanced with an ingredient that aligns with our philosophy and improves performance, we’ll thoughtfully reformulate.

Any updates go through careful testing to ensure they stay true to the soul of the original creation. And rest assured—the ingredient list on our website is always the most current and accurate reflection of what’s inside your bottle.

I use retinol regularly. Are there any Siam Seas products I should avoid?

If you’ve been using retinoids for a while without side effects like sensitivity, redness, or peeling, you can safely use all Siam Seas products.

However, if you’re new to retinoids or currently experiencing irritation, we ecommend skipping Mekha for the time being. Instead, focus on using Guardian and The Reservoir to soothe and calm your skin, helping reduce redness and discomfort.

Once your skin has adjusted and feels comfortable, you can gradually reintroduce Mekha into your routine.

I feel a bit tacky after using the products — what should I do?

If your skin feels tacky, it usually means there might be too many layers on top or your skin isn’t fully absorbing the products yet. Here are some tips to help:

1.     Exfoliate gently once a week. Removing the build-up of dead skin cells helps your skin absorb products more effectively.

2.     Hydrate before applying treatments. Using hydrating products like Yen or The Reservoir before your serums preps your skin for better absorption.

3.     Give time between layers. If your routine includes several treatments like Sai, Guardian, and Bua (which I personally layer daily), allow about a minute between each step. Gently massage each product in to help it sink fully without leaving tackiness.

4.     Finish with a facial oil or balm. This last step seals everything in and helps dissolve any heaviness or tacky feeling from active serums.

With a little patience and these simple adjustments, your skin will feel balanced, nourished, and glowing.

How do I find out the shelf life of my products?

Each Siam Seas product has a sticker on the bottom of its box showing the month and year it was made, so you can be confident about its freshness. If you’d like the exact date, just email us your product’s lot number, and we’ll be happy to provide it.You’ll also notice a small symbol on your product packaging — an open jar with a number inside "12M". This indicates the period after opening (in months) during which the product remains at its best quality. For example, “12M” means the product is best used within 12 months of opening.

Can I use your products while pregnant or trying to conceive?

Yes, our products are safe to use throughout pregnancy and during prenatal care. Many of our clients—including myself—have lovingly used Siam SEAS during both of my pregnancies.

Can my children use SiamSeas products?

With the exception of Mekha, Siam Seas products are gentle and nourishing enough for little ones’ delicate skin. They also offer a lovely way to share moments of self-care and introduce healthy skincare habits early on.

Since Mekha contains gentle acids, it may be a bit sensitive for younger skin, so we recommend waiting until their skin is more accustomed to such ingredients. For a fun and gentle start, The Skin Revolution is a wonderful option to introduce masking rituals to your children.

Do your products contain a high percentage of essential oils?

Our formulas use only a minimal amount of essential oils, carefully included to enhance both the healing benefits and the sensory experience of our skincare.

We strictly follow the safety guidelines set by the European Cosmetic Commission, and our essential oil content is always well below the maximum limits.

Most of the natural scents you enjoy come from botanical extracts and oils thoughtfully blended into each formula. The small amount of essential oils we use gently supports the overall aroma and healing qualities without overwhelming the skin.

When can I expect to see results from your products?

You’ll notice short-term benefits like hydration and softening right after your skin absorbs our products. Many clients wake up with plumper, glowing skin the morning after use.

Within hours, you might also see improvements in moisture retention, redness reduction, and calming of flare-ups.

For long-term results — including brightening of dark spots, firmer and smoother skin, and wrinkle reduction — expect to see changes within 6–8 weeks of consistent use. I have combination skin, with an oily T-zone, so my approach shifts gently throughout the year. In the summer, I focus on light hydration and barrier repair. My morning ritual often includes:

Are your products travel-friendly or TSA-approved?

Yes! Current regulations allow cosmetic bottles up to 100ml (3.4oz) in carry-on luggage, and all of our products meet this size limit. So you can easily bring your favorite Siam Seas essentials on your trip.

If you’re traveling light for just a few nights, we also offer sample-sized products with every order from siamseas.com. Just include a note with your request, and we’ll happily add the samples you want.
